Private lesson packages are a great way to get consolidation into your training.

Initial lessons allow us to gather information & set up some foundation skills to get the ball rolling. Follow up sessions allow you and your trainer to work together, consolidating skills learnt and problem solving what isn't going to plan.

Whether you have a serious behaviour concern or a common puppy problem, private lessons give you the ability to tailor your training to you and your family - either from our facility in Ferntree Gully or the comfort of your own home.

TRAINING PACKAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You, the dog’s owner, is responsible for booking your dog into the programs and sessions of your Training Package using our online booking system or calling K9 Connect on 9886 7768.
2. Items are not transferrable to other goods and services (without discussion with K9 Connect).
3. Not transferrable to other pets / owners.
4. Private Lessons are conducted at K9 Connect indoor training hub in Ferntree Gully. Travel fees will be added for In-Home private lessons: please contact us for travel prices and bookings for In-Home private lessons.
5. If classes / lessons are missed and / or a course / lesson is not used prior to expiration then that class / course / lesson is forfeited.
6. Packages can be cancelled / upgraded / downgraded at any time. Refunds for cancelled packages will be calculated at $195 per lesson already conducted + $20 administration fee (for example, three lesson package is $540 – you have attended two lesson but don’t want to do any more: refund is $540 – (2 x $195) - $20 admin fee = $130).

CANCELLATION POLICY for Private Lesson Packages
It is a requirement that you provide K9 Connect with a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment. Should you need to reschedule your appointment time, call or email us and we can arrange an alternative time.
Truly exceptional, unforeseen circumstances causing you to miss your appointment will of course not be charged. This does not include reasons such as forgetting, sleeping in or getting held up at work.
We have put the following rules into place for missed appointments:
First missed appointment – 50% of the consultation fee is charged. You will be sent an account.
Second missed appointment – the standard full fee will apply, including any travel fees involved. You will be sent an account.
If you have purchased a package and you miss an appointment without giving 24 hours notice, there will be no reimbursements for that consultation.
The only exception to this is if a lesson was intended to be outside and the weather is forecast to be unfavourable (above 30 degrees or inclement). In this instance, we will contact you and look at rescheduling the appointment.
